Caylent DPA

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is between Caylent, Inc. or Caylent Canada, Inc. (“CAYLENT”), as applicable, and the Party (“CLIENT”) enters into a Master Services Agreement (or equivalent agreement) with CAYLENT (the “AGREEMENT”) referencing this DPA.
