Leading by example means what you do when no one's looking, and showing up and doing the best that you can. It means being confident enough to know that you don't know the way to do everything, and that you need other people to help and support you to get things done. It means providing thought leadership, & challenging conventions. Leading by example means that you embody every value that you want to see in others.
